Wakisaka Yasuharu

After the assassination of Oda Nobunaga, Yasuharu initially joined Akechi Mitsuhide but then switched sides to Toyotomi Hideyoshi at the Battle of Yamazaki. His defection contributed to Mitsuhide's defeat.

Wakisaka Yasuharu fought at the Battle of Shizugatake under Toyotomi Hideyoshi. He was recognized as one of the Seven Spears of Shizugatake for his valor in the battle against Shibata Katsuie's forces.

Yasuharu fought for the Western Army under Ishida Mitsunari at Sekigahara. His forces were defeated by the Eastern Army. After the battle, his domain was confiscated, and he was exiled.

After Sekigahara, Yasuharu was stripped of his domain and exiled. He later served as a hatamoto under the Tokugawa shogunate, participating in the Siege of Osaka. He was eventually granted a small fief.
