Ahmed Tevfik Pasha

Ahmed Tevfik Pasha was appointed Grand Vizier of the Ottoman Empire for the first time in November 1918, shortly after the Armistice of Mudros ended World War I. He oversaw the empire's transition to occupation by Allied powers.
